What counts as an "active requisition"?
An active requisition is any open job position that is currently accepting candidates. Once a role is filled or archived, it no longer counts against your limit. You can have unlimited archived requisitions.
Is there a limit on the number of users?
No per-seat limits on any plan. All your recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers can access HARI Join at no extra cost.

How does the careers portal work?
We host a branded careers page at your-company.harijah.com (or your custom domain). Jobs you publish automatically appear there with SEO-friendly URLs. Candidates can apply in one click if they have a HARI profile, or fill out a short application form.
What ATS integrations are available?
HARI Join integrates with LinkedIn, JobsDB, Indeed, Workday, BambooHR, and 20+ other platforms. Pro and Enterprise plans include API access for custom integrations.
How secure is candidate data?
Very. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and PDPA (Thailand Personal Data Protection Act) compliant. All candidate data is stored in Southeast Asia data centers with AES-256 encryption. We never share or sell candidate data.
